We take great care in shipping our products to you. Once we receive your order, it will be processed as quickly as possible. We ship our orders Monday through Thursday each week. We do not ship on Fridays, weekends or public holidays.

In most cases, the recipient will receive a card in their mail to pick up their shipment at a Canada Post, climate controlled facility.  If you would prefer to have your order left in your mailbox, please let us know in the customer notes section.  Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for orders left in mailboxes or on door steps.

Please insure the address you provide for us is accurate.

Currently, we only ship in Canada.

Once your order has been processed, most Ontario destinations will receive a 3 day delivery service.
Orders shipped to provinces other than Ontario, will arrive based on Canada Post Expedited Service.

Shipments may be delayed if daytime temperatures are expected to surpass 25Celcius.
